Here’s what a typical carpet cleaning appointment looks like:

1) Pre-inspection and game plan

We walk through the areas you want cleaned and identify:

• High-traffic lanes

• Spots and stains (food, drinks, pets, makeup, etc.)

• Areas that may need extra agitation or specialty treatment

• Any carpet concerns (wear, loose seams, sensitive fibers)

2) Pre-treatment

We apply a carpet-safe pre-spray designed to loosen dirt, oils, and soil stuck down in the fibers. This is where the real cleaning starts.

3) Spot and stain treatment

We treat stains based on what they are, not guesses. Different stains require different chemistry and methods.

4) Deep cleaning extraction

We deep clean to lift out soil and residue so your carpet doesn’t feel crunchy or re-soil quickly.

5) Final grooming + walkthrough

We finish by setting the carpet pile and making sure you know:

• What we removed

• What might need a follow-up (rare, but sometimes needed)

• How to speed up dry time
