Agitation lifts the pile and breaks soil bonds. This is one of the most important steps for improving traffic lanes.

Hot Water Extraction
We use controlled heat and pressure to extract soil, residues, and cleaning solution. Settings are adjusted based on the carpet’s condition.

Targeted Stain Work
Stains are treated individually using the correct pH and chemistry. Some stains have permanent fiber damage; we will tell you upfront what is realistic.

pH Rinse
We rebalance the carpet to a proper pH to prevent crunchiness and reduce rapid re-soiling.

Dry Passes
Extra extraction passes reduce moisture and help limit wick-back.

Grooming and Final Check
We groom the carpet to reset the pile and inspect the results before completing the job.
