Step 1 – Pre-Inspection
We start by walking through the areas you want cleaned. We identify traffic lanes, stains, pet accidents, and any problem spots. We also look at the carpet type and condition so we can choose the correct cleaning solutions and methods.

Step 2 – Dry Soil Removal
Next, we remove loose soil, dust, and debris from the carpet. This is usually done with thorough vacuuming. Getting dry soil out first makes the rest of the cleaning more effective and prevents it from turning to mud during the wet process.

Step 3 – Pre-Treatment
We apply a professional pre-spray solution to the carpet. This product is designed to break down oils, spots, and embedded soil. It loosens the dirt that regular vacuuming cannot remove. Heavily soiled areas and spots receive extra attention.

Step 4 – Agitation (When Needed)
For carpets with heavier soil or traffic, we agitate the pre-spray into the fibers using a grooming tool or machine. This helps the cleaner work deeper into the pile and improves the overall result.

Step 5 – Hot Water Extraction (Steam Cleaning)
Our truck-mounted unit heats water to the proper temperature and delivers it into the carpet fibers under controlled pressure. At the same time, powerful suction pulls out the water, soil, cleaning solution, and contaminants. This step removes deep dirt, bacteria, dust mites, spills, and residue that have built up over time.

Step 6 – Targeted Spot and Stain Treatment
After the main extraction, we go back and work on any remaining stains. We use specific spotting products based on the type of stain, such as coffee, wine, food, ink, grease, or pet accidents. Not every stain can be fully removed, but in most cases we can significantly improve or eliminate it.

Step 7 – pH-Balanced Rinse
We use a rinse that brings the carpet fibers back to a neutral pH. This helps prevent sticky residue and rapid re-soiling. A proper rinse is what separates a professional clean from a quick, cheap job.

Step 8 – Carpet Grooming
We groom the carpet to stand the fibers up and lay them in one direction. This improves appearance, helps with even drying, and gives the carpet a clean, finished look.

Step 9 – Final Inspection
Before we leave, we do a final inspection of the areas cleaned. We check for any remaining spots, answer your questions, and make sure you are satisfied with the work.
