1) Inspection & Moisture Mapping

We locate the source, assess affected building materials, and record moisture with meters and thermal imaging. You’ll see a clear plan with areas marked “dry,” “wet,” and “suspect.”

2) Emergency Water Removal (Extraction)

High-lift truckmounts and specialty extractors remove bulk water fast. Less water left behind = faster dry times and lower secondary damage risk.

3) Stabilization & Content Protection

We block and pad furniture, set containment where needed, and protect unaffected areas from cross-contamination.

4) Controlled Demolition (Only If Needed)

We remove unsalvageable materials (e.g., swollen baseboards, disbonded vinyl, delaminated particleboard) to expose cavities for proper drying. Everything is bagged, labeled, and documented.

5) Structural Drying

Strategically placed air movers and dehumidifiers create the right vapor pressure to pull moisture out of floors, walls, and cavities. We adjust equipment daily based on readings—no “set it and forget it.”

6) Antimicrobial & Odor Neutralization

Where appropriate, we apply professional-grade antimicrobial to inhibit microbial growth, then address odors at the molecule level (not perfumes).

7) Verification & Reporting

We meter and photo-document dry standard achievement. You (and your adjuster) receive a clear, organized job packet.
